BLANE ROSEN & CO. is an independent Estate Agency, handling both Sales and Lettings. It was originally founded in 1971 by Steven Blane, who remains with the company as Chief Executive. Ten years later, in 1981, BLANE ROSEN & CO. moved to its present location in Winchester Road, Swiss Cottage, London, N.W.3.

Swiss Cottage is situated mid-way between Hampstead and St. John's Wood, where Winchester Road lies adjacent to the 'Chalcots Park Estate', a large estate of modern Townhouses, formerly known as 'Quadrangles', which stretches as far as Primrose Hill and the 'Meadowbank' estate. Nearby, another substantial group of Townhouses is to be found in and around Belsize Road and Fairfax Road.
